Additional Costs

• Electricity: you only pay for the use of the air conditioners in the bedrooms or for charging your car, with a separate meter at the energy rate applicable at that time. The costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Use of linen (compulsory) to be paid on site at € 17,50 per person.
• Final cleaning (compulsary) € 150,-. Additional cleaning costs may apply If the house is very dirty upon departure, at the discretion of the villa manager.
• Change of bath- and bed linen € 17,50 p.p.
• Optional baby cot including bed linen € 50,- per stay, high chair € 15,- per stay
• Optional beach towel € 7,50 each. Towels from Villa Alegría cannot be taken to the beach.
• The security deposit for Villa Alegría is € 400,-
• Dog on request, bench use mandatory and additional costs apply.
   

Additional information

• Security Deposit: we will refund the security deposit, minus the costs of electricity and any replacements.
• Arrival from 4 pm and departure before 10 am.
• We recommend renting a car.
• No groups, no young people under 25.

Practical information period April to October

• During school holidays and in the months of July and August the arrival- and departure day is Saturday.
• In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week with a minimum stay of one week, however, bookings must be consecutive or there must be a minimum of 7 nights between the bookings. Additional costs may apply for other situations.
• A minimum stay of 7 days applies during holiday periods and high season, and a minimum of 5 days during other periods.

Practical information period November to March

Villa Alegria is well suited for winter stays. There is heating throughout the villa.

In the period from October to April, the winter rental price is € 2500,- for 4 weeks, € 4250,- for 2 months and € 6000,- for 3 months. The costs for heating in colder months (November to April) are € 75,- per week (this can be adjusted due to the high energy rates).

The winter rental rates do not include: final cleaning € 150,-, bed linen and towels € 17,50 per person, the costs for heating and the consumption of electricity for the air conditioners in the bedrooms via a separate meter.
